Current• Managing the whole hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and processing, offering, and onboarding.• Finding and screening candidates using job sites, personal networks, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other social media sourcing strategies like referral creation.• Write job descriptions and submit positions to relevant job boards.Examine the résumé and credentials to ensure that the abilities, experience, and knowledge match the requirements of the post.• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and cultivate friendly relationships with them both before and after onboarding.• Participate in the interview process and/or conduct the first interviews.• Oversee the coordination and scheduling of each interview between the account manager and the candidate.• Confirm all the documents, employment history, and educational background for background checks.
