• Develop knowledge of recruitment best practice, Account Management and Consultancy• Monitoring recruitment process identifying and recommending areas for improvement• Maintain all databases, management reports and documentation in an accurate and timely manner• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing internal clients to ensure compliance and expand areas of service delivery• Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office• Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks• Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance• Communicates deadlines and goals to team members• Understanding & Analyzing the requirements as per client Needs.• Responsible for full cycle of recruitment and end to end recruitment and Sourcing.• Screening profiles through various job sites and internal database, Vendor Network as per the requirement.• Sending Daily Requirements to Different Vendors and source the Resumes from them.• Involving in resume searching from jobsites like Career Builder, The Ladders, dice.com, and Corp-Corp for various requirements.• Screening and Mapping the Resumes based on requirement and required skills. Shortlisting the resumes as per Client Needs.• Negotiating Rates with the Employers and Consultants.• Formatting resumes according to the client specifications & the standards.• Submitting the Profiles to the assigned Resource Manager.• Scheduling interviews with the Consultants and doing follow up. • Communicating to the candidates and following up with the candidates till their joining.• Interacting with the candidates, giving them brief about the position, roles and responsibilities, Technical requirement and checking their positional fitment based on this interaction.

• Working for Direct Client requirements for W2 and C2C basis• Working with H1B, Green Card and Citizens• Screening candidate as per job needs• Regularly updating candidates with their status on submission• Maintaining database of submissions, interviews and closed candidates• Preparing Weekly Submission Report to maintain submission track• Coordinating interview schedules and Work orders
