Responsible for working closely Brand with Retail buying,Purchase and Procurement, Vendor Management, Inventory Management, Store Operation, Warehouse Management, and excellent problem solving skill. Managing the companies’ procurement & Purchasing activities. Also providing leadership for the purchasing and Admin department and motivating staff to achieve maximum performance and efficiency. Duties:• Negotiate pricing contracts and sub contractors supplier, • Create scopes of Work & Ensuring timely & cost effective procurement of all items required for smooth operation• Issue purchase order for procurements and expedition of material and equipment for Jobs. • Managing a team of 15 people in Purchase Team. • Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations.• Responsible for Vendor Management, Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment and Supplier Performance.• Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.• Expertise in monitoring the delivery period with various suppliers and ensured timely payments to the suppliers.• Sourcing the most affordable materials for the companies manufacturing process• Controlling the purchasing budget & Projecting stock levels. • Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company. • Helping to source alternative items for buyers and customers.• Developing sourcing strategies & managing commodity cost initiatives.• Consistently exploring suppliers to renegotiate prices.• Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers as per group purchase policy• Keeping all supplier programs current and accurate.• Delegating projects and tasks to junior staff.

 Identify, obtain quotes, finalise and issue work orders for sub-contractors. Scheduling man hours, and internal manpower management. Having knowledge of Air & Sea Shipments Export & Import Documentation & Shipments Clearance Documentation. Negotiating contracts to reduce costs for freight with courier company & transport company. Support packaging and warehouse activities, including process improvements in shipping and receiving, optimizing warehouse storage solutions, improving packaging efficiencies. Also involved Planning and Scheduling of actual project. MIS reporting (Order & Receipt Report, Delay Report, Territory Receipt Report etc) to Senior Management Project Management included materials and labour management. Coordinate with the shipping lines to receive booking confirmation and communicate the same with suppliers. Timely payment to shipping lines and freight forwarders against freight invoices. Use strong system skills and business knowledge to examine the effectiveness of manufacturing and supply chain operations and to communicate conclusions.  Communicating needs & objectives to managers & key personnel in procurement, logistics & distribution. Preparation & Submission of Weekly Lead Time Report (Import/Export) to CEO. Timely price checking and updating newly arrived materials.  Coordinate with Client, ship agent, CHA and Port cargo team for vessel operations Placing purchase order as per the requirement of the stores. Approval required from the higher authority. Daily Supervision of Retails outlet and finding alternate solutions regarding non-moving style, knowledge about Merging concept & distribution of materials. System entry for purchase and goods receipt note (GRN) required for preparation of daily purchase (DP) report and accounts transactions. Use strong system skills and business knowledge to examine the effectiveness of manufacturing and supply chain operations and to communicate conclusions.
