Setup and manage all aspects of sourcing and procurement for the enterprise.

Responsible for overall SAP P2P process, Price comparison & negotiation, Purchase order creation, on-time delivery tracking, Invoice processing & follow up with AP team (account payable) ensure payment to the supplier within agreed timeline.• Invite, assess, award/ recommend supplier tender, bids, RFQ, RFP & RFI to suppliers.• Created and processed purchase orders for raw materials as well as finished goods.• Ensure all Import and Indigenous orders placed with suppliers met specifications and on-time delivery at the location.• Developed and built relationships with key suppliers and measured suppliers performance using data based on cost, quality, and service level metrics.• Responsible for Negotiating terms and conditions with vendors to ensure optimum price, competitiveness and high-quality products.• Presenting spend and savings report for Management approval • Governance oversight on all procurement procedures and audit compliance
