My research experience includes a Master's in Metallurgy Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Indore, India (IIT Indore). During my program, I have developed a keen interest in designing and developing advanced materials for high-temperature applications, particularly superalloys for turbine engines. My master's thesis, "Design and Development of Low-Density Nickel-based Superalloys for Turbine Blade Applications," dealt with designing a low-density nickel-based superalloys with Gamma prime precipitate in the gamma matrix for microstructural stability and strength at high temperatures using Machine Learning. In addition to that, I also worked on "Solidification Simulation and Experimental Validation of Single-Phase Fe-Co-Cr-Ni-V-Al High Entropy Alloy," leading to publications in Transactions of the Indian Institute of Metals, and "Effect of Ni and Si Alloying Elements On The Phase Evolution, Mechanical Properties, Tribological Behaviour of Al-Cu Alloys,” leading to publications in Materials Chemistry and Physics. Additionally, I have also worked on "A Machine Learning-based approach to microstructure classification of eutectic high entropy alloys and Designing of Single phase BCC refractory high entropy apply for Nuclear refractory applications and presented in International Conference on Frontiers in Materials Engineering, which I have submitted as a paper in Materials Today: Proceedings.Specifically, I investigated the effect of processing conditions on high entropy alloys' microstructure and mechanical behavior using various characterisation techniques, such as SEM, XRD, and mechanical testing. Through this research, I gained a solid foundation in designing and processing advanced materials and learned how to apply fundamental materials science principles to real-world problems.
