I have organized more than 25 farmers training programme at various locations of Ramanathapuram district as a project activity in collaboration with 3 farmer’s producer’s organization (FPO) located in Ramanathapuram. As part of the project activities in Rameshwaram, I have established 5 Self-Help Groups and the Sigaram Fish Farmer Producer Organization (SFFPO) as an entrepreneur. As a noteworthy accomplishment of the project, I have created around 100 prosperous agripreneurs. Designed promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, posters. about the technology

 Edited course materials such as syllabi or lecture notes prior to their distribution. Used multiple teaching styles to meet learning needs of each individual student. Evaluated and supervised student activities and to provide reports on academic progress. I have handled two courses viz., Fundamentals of Soil Science and Soil Resource inventory. Experience in preparing for lab sessions involves designing experiments, creating lab manuals, and ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available and functional.
