* Oversee VMD activities such as new vendor creation, vendor extension, blocking and unblocking vendors, and updating vendor details in SAP. Responsible for working on third party vendors (TPRM) for Estee Project. Responsible for Purchase Requisition creation and global purchase order processing, generating Goods receipts, Invoicing, and placing order to supplier/distributors. Handle PO integration, identify root causes of PO failures, and resolve issues. Responsible for PO Amendments, PO Addendum. Assist suppliers with transitioning to ARIBA. Keeping Daily Procurement tracker updated and Share Weekly Procurement Status Reports. Responsible for reporting such as preparing daily and weekly dashboard reports for monthly decks. Responsible for Proposal/RFP response process, initial evaluation of requirements, answers to RFP questions. Responsible for maintaining Inventory tracker and send the updated Tracker to the Requesters.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Maintain Equivalent throughput yield (ETY) for proper allocation of work and maintain SLA. Responsible for QC and Audits for the process to run smoothly and hassle free. Co-ordinate with finance department for timely payment of invoices. Maintaining records of all Preferred and non-preferred vendors

 Monitoring and ensuring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the storage of Goods. Responsible for due diligence of vendors for reducing risk factors. Sourcing & Procurement of goods. Prepare Daily/Weekly MIS i.e. Goods Received, Goods Dispatched, Stock balance, Inventory Visibility. Prepare Invoice in Titan Electron software. Ensuring that all appropriate Safety regulations are being followed both with regards to Personal Safety & Safety of Inventory. Implementation of FIFO/LIFO & Batch management principle for dispatches. Maintain Inventory Records in POS (Cloud) Software. Receiving material from different vendors, physical quantity verification & entry of material as per the receipt quantity. Maintain Inventory Report & Damaged material send back to the vendor with proper documents
