I have been working at Ienergizer for 4 years. I was hired as customer service representative for chats and emails and after 2 years I was assigned social media as new line of business in the same process. I was the first one to be assigned the social media LOB after which I had trained the rest of the batch. In my previous process they wanted someone with experience in social media to join a new project. I volunteered because of the new and promising opportunity. I have since been working as subject matter specialist for social media campaign and trained new associate. I am looking forward to grow myself and seek new endevours.
