PROJECT HANDLING AND DEVELOPMENT IN AN INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION DOMAIN• Review and understanding of customer/consultants specification• Hardware Estimation and preparation of Bill of Material• Preparation of engineering documents like System Configuration, Hardware Manufacturing Specification,, I/O List, General & Internal Arrangement of Cabinets, PDB Design, datasheets, wiring drawings .• Approvals for all Engineering Documents from Customer/Consultants.• Application Software (Process and shut down Logic) Development and Generation of Graphics, MMI etc.,• Liaising with vendors like UPS, SER and cable manufacturers etc., • Communication between DCS & PLC and other subsystems.• Pre-FAT, Factory Acceptance Test and obtaining dispatch clearances from Customer and Consultants.• System startup and Site support.• As built and Final Documentation.AUTOMATED TRAIN SIGNALLING-Perform Integration as per requirements for Global metro projects.
