I managed multiple categories, including staples and processed food & beverages, and grew the business from 5 cities to 23 cities.My tenure at Mother Dairy involved various roles, from sourcing fresh fruits and vegetables to building branded grocery categories for SAFAL retail stores . Overseeing Pan India sourcing for frozen products like peas and sweetcorn and also playing a key role in launching Private Label categories in staples, snacks (e.g., French fries, tikki), and processed foods (e.g., pickles, jams).
