Was based in Austin for 2 weeks as team leader for the project. Ensured that the product requirements was transferred without glitches to Flextronics Penang.- Hit 95.8% for Cisco Q3’08 Scorecard. Highest ever record for 16years. Previous scores was between 90% – 91%. This was done through teamwork & leading pro-active measures with internal teams throughout 3 plants across Asia.
