Current Experienced in PSA based hydrogen gas production plant employing M/S LINDE AG, GERMANY technology to meet the growing hydrogen need in petroleum refineries. The hydrogen gas plant is designed to produce 5*181TPD with purity of 99.9% hydrogen gas. Feed stock: Refinery fuel gas. Natural gas,LPG and Naphtha or any combination of above gases. Each trains have Feed preparation unit, feed hydrodesuphurization, steam hydrocarbon reforming with waste heat recovery system,HT shift converter and Pressure Swing Adsorption unit (PSA) Feed preparation - To preheat and compress or pump the feed gas/liquid for HDS. HDS - To remove sulphur content from the feed gas in the form of H2S CoMox,ZnO is catalyst Steam Reforming- 288 no’s of tubes,84 no’s of burners, top fired furnace,Balanced draft furnace having ID/FD fan, alkalized/ non alkalized NiO Catalyst, COT:867degree celcius.To produce syn gas by feed gas react with steam. HT shift converter - TO convert CO to CO2 water gas shift reaction catalyst - Fe2O3 PSA unit - 12 adsorbers adsorbents: activated alumina,activated charcoal,and molecular sieve to remove CO,CO2,CH4 and H2O produce 99.9%hydrogen.
