• As a Lead Recruiter, Managing a team of 6 recruiters – my responsibility includes assigning requirements. Screening resumes thoroughly, involved in client interaction, scheduling interviews, deploying consultants upon confirmation successfully. • Target Setting/Performance to team members.• Monitoring the quantitative and qualitative result that is to be achieved. Helped them in reaching their target for submissions and placements. • Extensive experience in sourcing, identifying, attracting, securing, and closing the hard to find candidate.• Negotiating pertinent contract terms, salary and obtaining and verifying references.• Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling, both on phone and via Email.• Responsible for screening all applicants and provide interviews to screen top candidates for Client requirements.• Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify, develop, and assess candidates.• Strong relationship building with the business and partner/vendor companies.• Responsible for full cycle of recruitment and end to end recruitment and Sourcing, Screening profiles through various job sites and internal database, networking sites as per the requirement for recruiting.• Get the requirements from my account managers or resource managers.• Screening consultant technically by given methodology.• Interacting with the candidates, giving them brief about the position, roles and responsibilities, technical requirement and checking their positional fitment based on this interaction.• Screening and Mapping the Resumes based on requirement and required skills.• Negotiating Rates with employers and consultants.• Working on C2C, W2 and 1099 Tax Terms.• Scheduling interviews with the Consultants and doing follow up.• Communicating to the candidates and following up with the candidates till their joining.• Interacting with signing authority for purchase order to deliver consultant on time
