I am responsible for a range of tasks focused on the commercial and contractual management of projects. This includes contract administration, providing advice to the team on all commercial and contractual matters, and handling procurement. I oversee issuing Letters of Award (LOAs) and contract agreements, as well as managing the commercial and contractual close-out process.In addition, I monitor project budgets, recommend cost control mechanisms, and prepare project cost reports. I also advise on cash flows, manage the appointment of subcontractors, and handle the issuing of variation orders (VOs). My role also involves preparing claims, including those related to prolongation costs, ensuring effective overall commercial and contract management.

He is responsible for the following commercial activities as per standard practice:Pre-Contract- Bidding (Cost estimation, RFQ, Evaluation, Comparison, Pricing BOQ).- Subcontract Documentation.- Subcontract bid evaluation.Post-Contract- Commercial and Contractual Correspondences.- Establishing the Budget.- Monthly Valuation.- Subcontract and Supply chain cost reports.- Monitoring the deviation from the Budget.- Cost Control. (CVR, EVA, and CTC).- Align Cost and Budget- Cash Flow Reports.- Preparing Variation, Claims.- Notifying and Substantiating the Contractual Entitlements.- Ascertaining Subcontractor's monthly valuation.- Evaluation, Negotiation of SC claims and Variation.- Contract/ Commercial closeout.
