Role & Responsibility: 1.To study the Architects and engineers building plans and have thorough knowledge of the quantity details 2. To measure and estimate building and material costs for projects 3. To visit building sites to monitor progress and to check that the work progresses as per the budget 4. To recalculate costs if the design or material changes 5. To certify progress claims from contractors 6. To prepare a statement of final account recording the actual costs of the project 7. To offer services in value management by comparing building costs to similar buildings. 8. To inform and alert the Project Manager for any excess quantity reported from the site. Projects Worked:1. Role & Responsibility: 1.Responsible for establishment of levels and surveying control, checking drawings, quantities and accuracy of calculation at site. 2.Follow the construction process, specifications and strictly adhere to approved GFC drawings. 3.Assign the work to labourers, engage them & monitoring the progress at site. 4.Ensure the progress as per the schedule & targets. 5.Prepare and submit the Daily Progress Report (DPR) to Planning Engineer / Project Manager. 6.Ensure the quality of works as per standards. 7.Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful completion of project.Projects Worked: 1.
