1. Technical Advisor for the "Certificate Course on Business Valuation" of ICAI first batch. 2. Independently prepared "Business Valuation Practice Standards" for the ICAI, notified by the Council of the Institute. These standards would be initially recommendatory for all the business valuations done by the valuers.3. Prepared the background/study material for the "Certificate Course on Business Valuation" of the ICAI, which has given me a deep insight and intensive exposure in the area of Business/Asset Valuation. 4. Part of Evaluation committee for evaluating case studies submitted by the participants of "Certificate Course on Business Valuation" of the ICAI.

The job involved performance of External Audits, Tax Audits, Quarterly Limited Reviews for listed and other companies including Ranbaxy, DLF, PHD Chamber of Commerce, KDDL ltd etc. Performed special assignments like IFRS diagnostics, group consolidation, restatement, etc. as well. Held positions whereby was a team-leader as well as a part of the team.
