Developed Finite Element models for analysis and optimization of complete BIW (Body-In-White), Body Closures and sub-systems according to the General Motors standard maintaining best possible quality, assembled and organized FE model.2. Improved the method of gluing/welding to complete BIW models using structural adhesives and MIG/Spot welds to ensure quality and faster delivery for CAE crash, Durability, NVH analysis.3. Performing modal analysis on full vehicle to check connectivity for NVH analysis.4. Morph Designs using DEP Meshwork’s Morpher to create new topology and evaluate performance.5. 1. Developed a Crank-Nicolson method code to solve the heat transfer problem coupling with fluid flow to determine the temperature profile between two parallel plates using Matlab.2. Determine engine operating condition using HPFLAME and TPEQIL computer program for calculating properties of equilibrium combustion products.3. Solved a 2-D steady state heat conduction problem by Jacobi, Gauss-Seidel and SOR method using Matlab and Star-CD.4. Design & CFD analysis of flow distribution for 2D and 3D tubular solid oxide fuel cell, CFD analysis and optimization of the 2D tubular solid oxide fuel cell geometry using COMSOL Multiphysics.5. Analyzed the 3D tubular SOFC with navier-stokes equation, to check the flow around the cell and suggested different types of geometries which increased the fuel flow around the cell using COMSOL Multiphysics.
