I am a marketing professional with experience in brand strategy, go-to-market strategy, digital marketing, data analytics, CRM, marketing technology and automation. I have spent over two decades in the industry conceptualizing and executing customer acquisition, activation and retention campaigns for leading B2C and B2B brands. My marketing skills are complemented with technology and analytics skills which I use to come up with solutions for business problems. I was instrumental in building an martech (SaaS) product for brand owners and marketers that provides intelligence on all digital assets/ campaigns under one login. The product pulled data from platforms like google, facebook, instagram, youtube, twitter, linkedin, etc enabling brand owners and marketers to take instant decisions on their campaigns. The data is displayed using interactive dashboards that help marketers derive insights on their campaigns. The product completely eliminates a marketers dependency on third party. Leading brands from the retail, real estate, education, entertainment and BFSI sectors use the product.I have worked as business/ unit/ branch head at leading companies with P&L responsibility. I have recruited and managed teams of different sizes and skill sets. I have been actively involved in new business development, and I have strategized and managed lead generation campaigns, performance marketing campaigns, website site development, social media campaigns for leading brands. I am currently spending a lot of time learning and exploring areas like behavioral science and neuromarketing to gain insights into customers motivation and preferences which can be used to craft marketing campaigns. I am a visiting faculty and mentor at leading B-Schools for strategy planning, digital marketing, marketing analytics, email marketing and innovation.
