CurrentEnd-to-End Recruitment Process:Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to candidate onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles. Source candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, consultants, internal referrals, etc.). Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments. Coordinate interview schedules and feedback collection. Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process.Stakeholder Management:Build strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders. Understand their hiring needs, priorities, and organizational goals. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns.Vendor Management:Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and vendors. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate terms, and manage contracts.Sourcing Strategies:Utilize different sourcing channels effectively. Optimize job postings, keywords, and search filters. Leverage social media platforms for talent acquisition.Reports and Data Management:Maintain recruitment dashboards and trackers. Track key metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.). Generate reports for management and analyze trends.Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and maintain transparent communication.
