• Coordinating and attending to Principal’s Ship Agency Operational requirements and Voyage Management• Acknowledge appointments/Agency Nominations from principals and create jobs in the system within specified timelines.• Day to day reporting to clients on vessel updates and performance monitoring.• Preparation and sending reports based on client’s requirements.• Analyze and produce disbursement accounts, as well as negotiate specific services to make a voyage more cost-effective.• Daily and monthly reports on ports costs, new information and statistics.• Update principal with information on important port matters, tariffs, and any other pertinent information they need to know.• Coordinate with agents and update principals on daily cargo operation, and other sailing documents.

• Responsible for ensuring weekly and monthly payment runs are performed and the correct payments are made to creditors in line with contractual terms and statutory obligations.• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.• Negotiates and maintains contractual relationships with vendors related to business recovery and resumption.• Responsible for ensuring all income streams are invoiced and accounted for accurately and on a timely basis.• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.• Perform bank & bunker stock reconciliation to ensure the system reflects the correct transactions.
