1) Designed a POC (Proof of Concept) for client enabling prediction of Linux system hacking using Apache Kafka and Apache Spark. 2)Created a narrative visualization which enabled the target audience to get an idea about the factors influencing power failure in Southern California region using R Shiny, Tableau and Alteryx3) Implemented SLA breach reduction techniques after analysis on data obtained from Remedy tool based on various reasons such as reporting time, priority levels etc. using Power BI. This initiative reduced SLA breaches by about 45% 4) Implemented agile methodology using Jira in the project alongside solution architects enabling me to become a scrum master of a team of 15 members

1) Performed installation, un-installation, revision upgrades and disaster recovery failover to secondary sites of several HANA database instances, Linux and Unix applications. 2) Headed a multi-million-dollar initiative by implementing a security patch in all 200+ systems of the landscape which monitored and alerted any unsecure parameters in databases and completed it saving 30% of the allocated expenses. 3) Managed issues with HANA database performance and availability. Monitored incident and problems tickets troubleshooting through Remedy Incident management tool. 4) Created and carried out the tasks mentioned in Change requests (CRQ ) for implementing new initiatives and troubleshooting critical production server issues under the role of Change coordinator.5) Monitored database memory usage, transaction volumes, response times and implemented event triggers which automatically created Remedy tickets alerting potential database issues.6) Performed ETL activities using Oracle Data Integrator and SQL Developer while having to transfer data from SAP BW Database to an external Oracle Database . Automated the transfer of data later using HANA SDA.7)Performed table data migration, delivery unit and catalog object migrations between HANA Systems using SQL. 8) Developed a runbook which discussed various processes associated with each database and application server and kept enhancing it with each update along with reviewing contributions of other associates to the runbook.9) Enabled HANA data and log volume encryption, database backup, archiving and storage strategy and performed various HANA database lifecycle manager operations.
