Espit SARL – “Individuel Cosmetics” – Switzerland, Norway, Spain. Individuel Cosmetics has 12 cosmetics shops in Geneve, Aubonne, Lausana, Basel, Zurich, Spreitenbach, Oslo, Valencia. The chain started in 2012 in Geneve and expended through the years to other cities and countries, during this time the company introduced aesthetics treatments in the shops, process I took part in.- Cosmetics devices sales and distribution. I participate in expositions in several places and managed the distribution in England. - Cosmetics shops opening – Switzerland, Norway, Spain. Location search, Coordination of shop construction and design, Recruitment and team building, Team training and coaching, managing the shop till turnover of 60 to 100k/ month, Recruiting of shop manager. I opened the 2 shops in Basel, the 2 shops in Oslo, the shop in Valencia and helped in one of the shops in Geneve. - Implementation of cosmetics treatments in cosmetics shops- Coaching and team training – Client capture, Sales strategies, Post sale and clients support, Teamwork and Goal achievement.
