After winning a 3.5M MDAG Grant for Xamble Technologies and securing 8 figure investments from the parent company Xamble(ASX:XGL) as CEO/CTO, Naven now serves as the Technology Advisor for the organisation to permit professional marketers and commercialisation experts to take over as he shifts his focus to AI.He is currently working on deep research to make LLMs more useful for business cases and building prototypes to educated the public about the state-of-the-art AI capabilities. Company number 3 will be one which educates and applies AI in a safe and unopinionated manner in the government and private sector.As the previous CEO/CTO at RedSquare, a company he founded immediately upon graduating from university, his focus was to build software that works for the public sector. The goal was the understand how the government builds and uses newly built systems. He worked on 4 major projects with a partnership with Impact (an agency under the purview of The Ministry of Youth & Sports). Some notable achievements include undilapanbelas.my which allowed constituents to get in touch with their MPs to lower the voting age from 21 to 18 in Malaysia. He also built MFLS, the governments first social network to keep the nation's elite 20,000 students connected during COVID. We hit 18,000 students registered in the first 48 hours.He left the executive roles at RedSquare to focus on running the JV that was formed between RedSquare & Australian listed Xamble Group with his team of elite 5 engineers. The goal was to make Web3 (Blockchain and NFTs) accessible to the masses by inventing the Web 5 Protocol. The early application of this technology can be found in the Xamble Social Wallet where NFTs are used as membership cards enable true cross platform integration across systems. The Web 5 Protocol was also included in multiple proposals notably to PERKESO to build the nations first decentralised certification system. He also was directly involved in the early development of Xamble Creators which now helps influencers under 10,000 followers to monetise with brand deals. With this technological push, Xamble Group was primed to once again be the leader in Creator Economy while being extremely resourceful with less than MYR 1M spent across 18 months.
