Camera and audio/ribbonboard operation at events held at the USC Galen center, including USC volleyball, basketball, and hosted events.

• Track and log about 1,500 shipments per title including proof of deliveries of DCPs and KDMs, for all IMAX theaters worldwide.• Generate DCP and KDM orders as needed to ensure secure transmission of trailers and features on all titles.• Maintain internal database of theater and office addresses for 1,500+ global theater network.• Provided support for international (China, Europe) theaters and labs during off hours for urgent and timely matters

• Responsible for maintaining, updating, and organizing footage libraries across all properties.• Coordinating with production crew and DIT to receive shoot assets and scheduling appropriate post-production time for ingest.• Purchasing and licensing stock images for broadcast use.• Expediting delivery of media assets to in-house editorial and outside vendors.
