Camera and audio/ribbonboard operation at events held at the USC Galen center, including USC volleyball, basketball, and hosted events.

• Track and log about 1,500 shipments per title including proof of deliveries of DCPs and KDMs, for all IMAX theaters worldwide.
• Generate DCP and KDM orders as needed to ensure secure transmission of trailers and features on all titles.
• Maintain internal database of theater and office addresses for 1,500+ global theater network.
• Provided support for international (China, Europe) theaters and labs during off hours for urgent and timely matters

• Responsible for maintaining, updating, and organizing footage libraries across all properties.
• Coordinating with production crew and DIT to receive shoot assets and scheduling appropriate post-production time for ingest.
• Purchasing and licensing stock images for broadcast use.
• Expediting delivery of media assets to in-house editorial and outside vendors.
