The IP phone is designed to work within the VoIP (Voice over IP) environment. In essence, the IP phone allows you to make telephone calls over the IP network, converging voice and data over the same connection as an alternative to the standard PSTN.Responsibilities:1. Product Knowledge transfer from R & D to SMT.2. BOM Verification, Store management and Issue of materials required for the complete project.3. Loading the software to Flash and EEPROM using Universal programmer or Gang Programmer.4. Familiarity with schematic and layout tools Orcad Capture, Cadence Allegro and Protel.5. Card level bring up, testing and system level testing.6. Co-ordination with testing team and R & D team to resolve manufacturing issues if any.7. Having the ability to take the responsibility and looking after the card-testing department.

Testing and Debugging of Modems.2. Preparing Test cases while tesing for different type of Modems.3. Testing using Equipments like Wire-Line Simulator, Spirent, and IP-DSLAM etc.. And making the Set-Up for testing Modem.4. Giving First level support to all the problems faced by MFG units and resolving all others through proper coordination & Development of MFG documentation for all the Products 5. • Control and assignment of MAC addresses / PCBA serial Numbers/ Case serial numbers

The STM1/4/16 Synchronous multiplexer is SDH-based multiplexing equipment, supporting the set of specification for the Synchronous digital hierarchy. Responsibilities:1. Testing and Debugging hardware of Switching Controlled Card.2. NMS Manual testing.3. Testing of Optical parameters: TX power, wavelength, Extinction ratio, eye pattern, Rx sensitivity, RX overload.4. Execution of tests using instruments like SDH analyzers, ANT 20.5. Testing of STM1 Systems, which includes Aggregate cards, tributary cards like E1, E3/ DS3, Ethernet, STM-1e and STM-1o Etc.
