Beta Consortium is an international EPC Contractor, based in Baku Azerbaijan. It has been involved with both private and public projects. The main responsibilities that I’m charged with include Work Program scheduling and updating plans regarding company projects, the establishment of methods, systems, and procedures to make the collaboration of each department more fluent, and the implementation of the web-based reporting system. Tender document preparation is also part of my job. I have also had thethe privilege of contributing to the planning phase of the CDP project, a renowned architectural marvel in Baku, encompassing civil and MEP disciplines.

As a part of MESMER, a multi-disciplinary firm in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, I was responsible for leading the preparation of tender documents and planning for the company's projects. Working closely with the team, I helped secure five water treatment projects, resulting in the company's successful expansion into new markets.

Nasb Niroo Co. is a subsidiary of Mapna Group and involves areas such as Engineering Management, Facilities Supply, Installation of Thermal, Hydroelectric, Wind, and Solar Power Plants in addition to Oil and Gas Refineries, and Petrochemical Complexes. As a member of Nasb Niroo Company (NNC), an affiliate of MAPNA Group, I played a key role in planning for the construction, installation, commissioning, and development of power plants, power transmission lines, and high-voltage substations. My responsibilities included creating a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure and preparing time schedules for equipment and installation. I also inspected contractors' Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and prepared the company's IPCs, ensuring that all work was completed according to schedule and within budget. To keep stakeholders informed, I wrote daily, monthly, and administrative reports. My attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively was instrumental in ensuring that projects were delivered on time and met quality standards. Overall, my experience at NNC allowed me to develop my skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and report writing.

This company which is a small assembly consisting of engineers and Lawyers, serves as an MC in projects for public and private sectors and provides services of contracts affairs such as preparing delay protocols and project contracts, and holding public tenders. My main responsibilities in this company included preparing lists of the services provided by this company, optimization and customization of the service packs and organizing meetings in order to promote the company and the services it provides for the clients.

As a member of Pelak Abi, a management consulting firm specializing in educational services, I was responsible for organizing and teaching software courses such as Excel and Power BI. In addition to software training, I also had a role in data mining and analysis, using various techniques to extract meaningful insights for clients.To ensure that courses were effectively organized and delivered, I collaborated closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor content accordingly. I also prepared training materials and delivered presentations that effectively conveyed complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Mahdas is a control project consultant company specialized in field of petroleum. My main involvement was in the Makran Petrochemical project. His responsibilities included:• Development of project control and management systems.• Documentation of executive operations.• Designing process structures.• Designing and documenting supply infrastructure.• Producing DCC for documentation control in Excel.• Preparing weekly and monthly reports and updating activities in time schedule.• Attending meetings and lazing with clients and managers.
