Reporting to the Product Development Manager, I am responsible for the overall IT operations of the company. Reporting to the Professional Services manager, I was responsible for delivery of the complex software design changes and new projects to our new and existing clients and providing support when needed. As a part of my responsibilities I designed the new functionality for the software by gathering the client’s needs and based on the business rules of the organisation. I have also initiateded and delivered numerous projects by implementing the software in the complex networks and designing client’s database.

Reporting to the IT manager and the Principal, I was responsible for the maintenance of the college network across 2 campuses with about 1200 computers and providing support to 1500 users. I took initiatives in finding new ways to enhance the user experience by researching for better software and keeping up with current technologies.

I was responsible for technical support, testing and integration of all the new software and delivering new Lawful Interception projects on Telstra IP and voice platforms. I was also responsible for regular backup and maintaining the Telstra live production servers, making sure that the servers were always up to date.In my time at AQSACOM I delivered and tested company’s projects at Telstra.As part of project procedures I was responsible for writing test plans according to the functional specification for the new software and performing the tests according to this document.My duties also included writing a migration plan document that described in details the process of installing the new software on the production server and ensuring the minimal down time and data loss.

Reporting to the Information Services Manager, the Principal and Deputy Principal, I was responsible for the overall maintenance of the new and existing systems on both College campuses.
