I completed nine different EPC (Engineering, procurement, and construction) projects as a main contractor for manufacturing, procuring, installing, and commissioning metering and regulating gas stations with various capacities from 5.000 m3/h to 200.000 m3/h and total value of 80 billion Toman within scope, quality, schedule, and budget which led our organization to realize all the benefits as planned. Our clients included national gas companies from different provinces, petrochemicals, and power plants. Furthermore, by collaborating with diverse departments and people, I have always been a pioneer in taking the initiative, and therefore, I could finish three of my projects under budget. My responsibilities included the following:•Planned, organized, directed, controlled, and evaluated gas station construction projects from the beginning to the end by the schedule, specifications, and budget.•Planned and prepared construction project budget estimates, schedules, and milestones, assigned resources and responsibilities, and monitored progress against established schedules.•Prepared contracts and negotiated revisions, change orders, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.•Calculated requirements, placed orders for their acquisition, prepared progress reports and invoices, and distributed progress schedules to clients.•Prepared cash flows, invoices for clients, and claims, and also approved payments.•Chaired meetings such as kick-off meetings or meetings with clients and stakeholders to notify them of the progress of projects and ensure that all their expectations are met.•Visited the project site and project shop regularly to monitor and control project progress by the schedule, supported the project team, and defined tasks for them.•Oversaw changes and risks through the change management and risk management principles.•Supervised all the document and information management procedures.

As a private renovation contractor, I completed two different fit-out projects that entailed the redesign and renovation of two properties, converting them from residential to commercial both were start-ups owned by the subsidiaries of Sharif University with a total value of 1.2 billion Toman. My responsibilities included:• Created bids for renovation projects and interacted with clients, architects, and engineers regarding specifications and designs.• Drew up contracts with subcontractors and supervised them to accomplish the projects according to the schedules and milestones.• Calculated requirements and raw materials, and placed orders with vendors.• Reviewed the subcontractors’ invoices, and made payments aligned with the contract. • Prepared invoices for clients.

As a construction project manager, I supervised the timely completion of a 12-unit, 6-floor residential building on the side of the contractor, with a budget of 4.5 billion Toman. My responsibilities included the following:• Planned, organized, directed, controlled, and evaluated the activities of a residential home building.• Selected, hired, made contracts, and supervised subcontractors and laborers to do specialized work, such as plumbing, heating, concreting, plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, carpentering, and electrical work.• Planned and prepared work schedules, and coordinated the activities of subcontractors.• Inspected work performed by subcontractors to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.• Approved the subcontractors’ invoices. • Procured all the materials needed by the subcontractors and laborers. • Prepared progress and earned value reports for the clients and the project sponsor.
