Current• Preparing the organization's data flow. This involves mapping out the data structure including all the data sources, data flows, data processes, data repositories, and data outputs to ensure that data is organized, secure, and accessible.• Develop the organization's business model. This involves developing a business model that outlines goals and objectives. It identifies key stakeholders and defines the roles and responsibilities of each party to the data flow. This ensures that the data flow aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.• Design and develop a beneficiary database (Sunshine) based on the organization's dataflow and business model for collecting beneficiaries' data. This will facilitate internal processes and reporting to global systems and donors. The database will store all donor and beneficiary information in one secure location. This will allow for easier access to information and streamline processes such as tracking beneficiary progress and submitting reports to donors. Additionally, the database will provide a platform for analysis of the data collected to gain better insights into how the organization can better serve its beneficiaries.• Develop templates to facilitate the collection of detailed data on CC activities based on the country's organization's data flow.• Create a reporting system using SSRS to visualize and extract data. Also, the reporting gathers data on projects log frame, and indicators to report to donor and global system. (GORS)• Create different power Bi reports to help analyze and visualize data.
