Project: Design & development of Wearable Artificial Lungs (WALs) system providing instantaneous CO2 metabolic needs of end-stage and chronic lung disease patients. The project involves designing and developing a prototype for a portable sweep air CO2 regulation system and sweep gas controller for Extracorporeal Life Support System (ECLS) to regulate patients' blood oxygenation and CO2 removal using medical gas supplies.

• Designed LV Electrical & Electronics Distribution System (EEDS) for Commercial Vehicles Division (CVBU) of Tata Motors Ltd.• Designed Power and Control Circuit Schematics for Vehicle Electrical Subsystems (CHS Logic)• Performed load characterization study, control relay logic development, Battery & Alternator size selection (Charge balance calculation)• 3D modeling & packaging of Wiring Harness Routing in CAD environment with adherence to VLO, BSR guidelines (CATIA V5 R22)• Prepared Wiring Harness Drawings & BOMs to facilitate mass production (Capital Harness XC)• Drafted Engineering & Assembly Fitment Drawings of Electrical components as per GD&T guidelines• Coordinated with Vehicle Integrator, other aggregate owners, Testing & Production teams & suppliers on design evaluation & validation & delivered key projects within the stringent timelines
