Scale up engineering/FEED studies of a gas condensate processing plant Consulted and collaborated with the technology team to execute scale-up activities of a mercaptan removal technology from gas condensate, ensuring a seamless transition to industrial scale. Elaborated on the technical and economic requirements of the process to find out the technical feasibility and economic viability.Collaborated in the development of the FEED package’s process documents including process simulations, process design basis, design criteria, process flow diagrams, heat and material balances, P&IDs, datasheets, etc. in alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Commissioning activities of two offshore gas production platformsDeveloped commissioning procedures, checklists, and test sheets in line with project specifications and vendor data to ensure all commissioning activities met the project requirements.Supervised commissioning activities, ensuring the preparedness of all packages and equipment for safe and seamless operation during start-up and normal operation, ultimately leading to the successful deployment and operation of the gas production platforms.

EPC project of an offshore gas field developmentCollaborated in the detail engineering and construction stages of a complex EPC project in developing an offshore gas field. This included offshore production platforms, subsea pipelines, onshore reception facilities, acid gas handling, natural gas conditioning, LPG treatment, sulfur recovery, and more. Cooperated in preparing detailed engineering documents such as PFDs, MFDs, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and equipment sizing calculations.Collaborated in procurement engineering. This included preparing equipment and package material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and technical bid tabulations as well as reviewing proposed vendor documents to ensure their compliance with project requirements.Ensured the project’s documentation integrity by collaborating in preparing as-built engineering documents, implementing vendor-supplied data.

Revamping and upgrading of Lavan Oil refineryServed as site process engineer during detail engineering phase of the refinery’s new units including naphtha hydrotreating, CRU, Isomerization, and middle distillate HDS units. Conducted meticulous technical data gathering for the existing facilities, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the refinery’s infrastructure. Reviewed engineering documents and actively contributed to the preparation of the project’s technical queries, facilitating effective communication and addressing the site’s engineering issues.
