CurrentLifting Healthy, Empowered, and Protected Girls and Women in Cox’s Bazar (LEAP) aims to advance the realization of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) of adolescent girls and young women in all their diversity in both the host communities and refugee camps in Cox’s Bazar. It engages various community groups, strengthens health systems for Gender and Adolescent Responsive & Inclusive (GARI) services, and builds partnerships for advocacy. The project includes developing an inclusive communication strategy on Gender Equality (GE), SRHR, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV), Mental Health and Psychological Support (MHPSS), and legal rights.MERL System Development: Collaborate with Plan International Bangladesh to assist in developing a comprehensive MERL system, integrating both qualitative and quantitative approaches.Monitoring Tools Implementation: Ensure program staff effectively utilize monitoring tools to measure program progress, providing necessary support and training as required.Data Management and Analysis: Develop and maintain program databases, coordinate with PIB for data entry templates, and conduct periodic data analysis. Generate reports and presentations for program sharing and assist in developing progress reports.Field Visits and Coordination: Undertake regular field visits (approximately 60% of time) to observe program activities, provide insights for improvement, and contribute information for effective project execution. Coordinate with the project coordinator for streamlined communication.Documentation and Knowledge Management: Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents and reports. Manage day-to-day operations of the database, disseminate findings among program staff, and contribute to establishing a learning and knowledge management system. Engage in identifying evidence, gaps, and bottlenecks related to Child Protection and GBV realization. Prepare case studies for advocacy and communication purposes.
