TaoHeart.org is my personal coaching practice website. My process is centered in the heart and stems from over a decade of working with eastern and western practices.  It also combines the leadership knowledge I have gained as an entrepreneur and founder in various strategic roles.

Our technology harnessed the wisdom of crowds to police the news and provide supporting or alternative viewpoints to almost every news article. By Interlinking news, we enabled citizen journalists and subject expert bloggers the ability to have their investigative reporting seen within mainstream articles. As the product evolved, we built sophisticated tools for news orgs, bloggers and citizen journalists to auto-link their accounts and have our technology distribute each of their posts to relevant paragraphs and articles on any news site. This was a rewarding project and quite the undertaking.

In charge of managing and working with a dedicated team of IT and Quality (Six Sigma) professionals in delivering multiple high impact projects, including but not limited to the following:Global Agg/Calc engine: -Enabled GE Insurance to increase cash flow by $200MM and facilitated an additional $23MM in Net Income-Reduced recovery collection cycle time from seven days to one -Eliminated over 100 manual steps through process reengineering/digitizationGlobal underwriting system:-Designed and led the vision for a global initiative with more than 40 resources.-Led workshops and worked closely with the functional leader in optimizing the complete North American wing.
