At OABeans, we developed an ML software that crawls online stores to create online arbitrage sourcing lists for Amazon sellers. My primary responsibilities include optimizing current income, directing new income streams, launching new services, developing partnerships, and managing legal affairs and finances.

As part of a Toronto-based group, we achieved immediate success selling on Amazon.com and launched a private-label dietary supplement, Evernate. My responsibilities included logistics, inventory management, account management, market research, product selection, and production management.

We started an incoming tourism business. I conducted market research, designed tours and experiences, and created the operation system. Our business has grown steadily, generating over $80,000 in sales after the end of the Covid-19 lockdowns.

As the operation manager, I collaborated with nomad families across Iran, enabling travelers to join their migration and experience their lifestyle. At first, we started with one family, and at the end, we worked with 20 families. It helped us to increase the capacity of running tours and expanding our marketing plans. My trust-building and communication skills were crucial in developing our partnerships and improving teamwork, operation, and business management abilities.

In the Social Entrepreneurship group, I led a team of four members, analyzing social businesses’ impact and developing policy notes.
