As an organizational psychologist, talent development leader, and professional facilitator, I focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness, transforming teams, and empowering leaders. I design and lead creative strategies and workshops that make a real difference in how teams collaborate and innovate.I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of organizations, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, helping them build impactful talent development programs. As a lifelong learner, I’m passionate about training and development and always strive to push the boundaries of what’s possible.With a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, an M.S. in Organizational Psychology, and a B.A. in Psychology & Social Behavior, plus minors in Art History and Education, I bring a unique, multidisciplinary perspective.
