Plan, organize and execute lifestyle events (bi-weekly) and bowling activity(Monthly and Annual) in enhancing the Club status.Monitor take-up rates at club events and activities; Suggest improvements to maximize take-up rates.Arrange classes to promote club lifestyle by introducing monthly social dance events, theme nights and members practice social dance night.Arrange enrichment classes to promote club bowling activity.Oversee competition to ensure the proper running of the events.Ensure that all facilities, equipment are well maintained.Assist in prepare budget for events and activities so as to monitor annual profit and loss.Facilitate and work with contract staff regarding the schedule of lessons/classes, payment for contractors.Facilitate PO with regards to operation required purchases such as licenses and subscription of services.
