Taking care of marketing and merchandising, responsible for merchandising & production management, including sampling, fit, preproduction approval, fabrics, prints & trim approval, testing approvals.Partner with Production team and QA for timely Inspection and Delivery, update buyer with production statusCorresponding and dealing with buyer as well as local buying house independently from Inquiry up to shipmentAble to solve problem and organize the task (Time and Action) to meet the shipment deadlineAnalyze the market trends and buyer requirement and develop creative and innovative samples Co-ordinate with buyer and Local Buying House  for approval of Fabrics, Strike-off, Labdips, Fit Samples, trims, Lab Testing etcTracks development and production merchandising issues. Follow up for Trims and Fabrics delivery in house on time with good quality and quantityConduct regularly meeting once in a week with Production Planning department and QA’s  with a view to update the daily activitiesMonitoring the subordinates to ensure the booking of the yarn, fabric and accessories. As well as monitoring daily knitting, dyeing & production status,  trims & fabric inventory and supporting factory to do production smoothlyUnderstanding the process of each buyer from sampling to shipment stage and informing to whole team to follow the process as guided by buyer.
