- Part of i2P, wherein I specifically handled Payments upto Nov ‘23 for all the group companies for all of its Service vendors including import vendors.- Worked and prepared various payout reports which formed base for MIS and other such statements.- Switched to validating expense bill accounting from Dec ‘23 with careful monitoring & authorizing the Expense accounting entries - Compliance with various Standard Operating Procedures in authorizing such expense invoices for more than 50% of services for all the group entities.- Take care of monthly expense provisioning for the online beauty business along with related activities involved.- Been active in every initiative undertaken to improve the overall process thereby given a certain level of comfort to both internal and external vendors of the Company.

- Independently handled end to end role for the online beauty business entity - Accounts Payables, i.e. from expense bill booking to it’s payments- Took care of vendor reconciliations for all service vendors for the online beauty business entity.- Further with change in ERP and team structure, was part of i2P, wherein I specifically handled payments from Nov ‘20 onwards, for all the group companies for all of its Service vendors including import vendors.- Worked and prepared various payout reports which formed base for MIS and other such statements.

Communication with CnF agents & responsible for resolving related queries.• Complete monitoring & authorization of monthly Lease expenditures of around 100 Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) all over India as per the Lease Agreements - Continuous co-ordination with Retail team in this regard.• Creditors Reconciliation for Rental parties - Communication with Lessors in this regard.• Preparation of various Rentals Statements monthly as required for MIS purpose.• Preparation of monthly Staff Loans & Advances Statement.• Complete co-ordination & support to the auditors at the time of audit & providing various required statements.
