Responsibilities:Posted as Head of Works & Estate Deptt. Presently following main Projects are under execution:i. Construction of NSIC Business Park at NSIC Complex, Okhla Ind. Estate, New Delhi. : This G+5 storey Building. is under execution on 9783 sqm land (Built up area 37000 sqm) with project cost of Rs. 120 Cr. (excluding land cost).ii. Construction of Integrated Marketing Development Centre, Mancheshwar Ind Estate, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This G+7 storey building is under execution on 4152 sq. m. land (Built up area 12000 sq. m.) with Project cost of Rs. 60 Cr. (excluding land cost).iii. Construction of Office Building at Salt Lake, Kolkatta. This G+9 storey building is under execution on 1000 sq.m. land (Built up area 8000 sq.m.) with project cost of Rs.12 Cr.(excluding land cost)iv. Construction of NSIC Business Park: This G+4 storey building has recently been completed at Hyderabad (Built up area 16000 sqm) with Project cost of Rs. 35Cr.(excluding land cost)v. Construction of Office Building at Trissur (Kerala) with a cost of of Rs. 1.05 Cr.vi. Replacement of roof of workshop building at Okhla New Delhi. Cost 2.50 Crvii. Replacement of roof and providing mezzanine floor in Foundry Shop Building. Cost 3.0 Cr viii. Construction of Office Building at Goa recently completed with a cost of of Rs. 0.65 Cr. ix. Const. of Office Building at Bangalore recently completed with a cost of Rs. 0.75 Cr. Conceptualizing, Planning and Development of Commercial projects at different locations in India, simultaneously looking at economic viability and Return on Investment. Seeking map and other statutory approvals from statutory authorities after complying statutory norms. To lease out spaces being developed in Commercial Complexes (Software Technology Parks, Business Parks etc.), execution of lease agreement with lessee, getting NSIC’s land demarcated through revenue officials. Mutation of land in favour of NSIC and dealing other property matters.

▪ Scouted business development opportunities for the company through out Rajasthan, India by way of land acquisition, joint ventures, participating in Govt. auctions / bids or tenders on BOT / PPP basis.▪ Prepared techno-commercial and feasibility reports based on local by-laws for undertaking new commercial projects.▪ Identified & procured land for real estate projects. Was responsible for overall completion of time bound projects within allocated budget.

Achievements:▪ Played a key role in planning & development of Industrial Infrastructure for new integrated industrial townships which includes designing, cost estimation & execution of Civil and infrastructure works such as Bitumen/CC Roads, residential & commercial buildings, drainage system, L & J of pipeline, RCC CWR /SR, RCC filters, sedimentation tanks, CETP etc. ▪ As Regional Manager (Unit Head) at RIICO Ltd. Bhiwadi, successfully dispensed all functionalities for overall administration and management of entire Bhiwadi Industrial Township.Projects Completed:Actively involved in conceptualizing, planning, co-coordinating, executing & directing some of the following important projects during postings with RIICO: -▪ Development of Industrial Area Rampur Mundana, Bhiwadi (200Acres).▪ Dev. of Industrial Growth Center (I.G.C.), Khara, Bikaner (500Acres).▪ Dev. of (1) Agro Food Park, (2) Udyog Vihar at SriGanganager (200Acres). ▪ Dev. of Ind. Areas Anoopgarh, Gharsana, Rawla, Raisinghnagar (375Acres).▪ Dev. of Industrial Area Karni, Bikaner (450acres). ▪ Dev. of Residential Townships at SriGanganagar, Anoopgarh, Rawla & I.G.C. Khara.▪ Construction of Paver Roads, Common Facility Buildings, Multi story residential Apartments & Commercial Buildings at Bhiwadi and Udyog Vihar Industrial Township.
