Was responsible for conceptualising the overall Program & executing the Sustainability Transformation strategy for the company. The company's operations consistently implemented cutting-edge sustainability practices, encompassing energy efficiency, Sustainable Procurement policy and initiatives, and a strong commitment to employee welfare and safety. Also implemented BRSR reporting in the company which helped us win both national and international recognition for their positive impact on the Governance & Sustainability. This includes continuing the transformation of the company’s supply chain into a sustainable, diverse value chain, committed to responsible and profitable buying, and managing the 360° supplier partnerships. Also manage the 30 + Offices and delivery centres across the Globe by ensuring the best-in-class experience with efficiencies.
