Managed a team of 40 members for the UK Retail Consumer Banking operations for a global bank covering critical processes such as International Funds transfer and Clearing in addition to providing expert advice to sales team during new client acquisitions.

Manage a team of 30 team members supporting various countries such as US, UK, HK & Frankfurt. Held delegated authority for various regions such as Gulf, Singapore, UK, India and acted as back up.Departmental Continuity Co-ordinator.
