• Taking care of (IVR & OBD) windows server, (SM & DB) Linux server– Maintenance, Troubleshooting &Upgradations.• Working on Contarra Cameleon Platform,Triton Functional Testing of SS7 Links and locate alarms and Errors.• Working on IVR servers with the help of VPN ,SSH& VNC.• To provide L1 Technical support for all VAS nodes.• Monitor servers through EGL,Pannel 99.9% uptime for servers• To Provide L0 & L1 Supports for(IVR/IBD/OBD) Servers.• Coordination with Clients if they are facing any problem in Applications.• Coordination with Different Operators – for New Services.• SS7 parameters by SS7 traces using wire-shark.• Launching New Product for Clients & Coordination with Product Team & Engineering Team• Giving Support to Other Support Teams – if they are facing any issue in Hardware, Cards & E1’s.• Analysis of Call traffic on the servers, Transmitting and loading of Prompts and data using FTP/SCP .• Online testing of new services on IVR servers.• Identification analyzing CDR Logs and Timely Resolution of all Server related issues.•• Troubleshooting on all the Links and E1s of a every server timely for proper call flow on server.• Keeping track of servers’ OS performance parameters, Server Health checkup disk space, memory usage,
