-Answer a high volume of inbound calls to new and existing customers.-Answer a high volume of emails to new customers and existing clients.-Manage all inbound/outbound calls in a courteous, client oriented manner-Identify the clients needs and source what they require via research (Web based, email or outbound calls).-Follow up and maintain positive customer relations with existing clients.-Research part manufacturers, manuals and be able to identify commercial food equipment parts to better assist customers- Listen to and understand customer needs and be able to provide quotes over the phone- Process customer purchase orders through the computer system, ensuring accuracy- Be proactive in following up with customers to discuss the status and progress of purchaseorders and parts research- Maintain strong relationships with the customers and manufacturers- Act as the primary contact for conflict resolution by demonstrating strong listening andnegotiation skills while speaking with irate customers to reduce escalation and increasecustomer satisfaction- Coordinate all pick parts to make sure all parts are correct that customers order,Making sure orders are ready for pick up in a timely manner
