Responsible for Monitoring the performance of the business unit through analysis, feasibility studying, cost saving initiatives,preparation of management reports and budgetary control thereby facilitating organizational decision making.- Preparation of annual budget & ensuring the cost & profitabilityare aligned with the budget & driving the achievement of set targets.- Monitor CAPEX expenditure and providing relevant informaon to the management on return on investment.- Finalizaon of month-end accounts & partnering with relevant teams for the preparaon of Ad hoc management reports.- Approve payments in line with budget controls and compliance with statutory requirements.- Performing cycle audits, Stocks aging & write off analysis & inventory counts for the plant.- Monitoring & reporng on plant Standard operaonal procedures & internal controls.
