I am passionate about CSR and Sustainability. In my past roles I had a privilege to work on CSR/Sustainability projects with Bajaj Group, GSK, NBCC India, PNB MetLife, TATA Housing, NTPC, IndianOil, RITES, Vedanta, LIC HFL, Godrej & Boyce plus large NGOs like Sulabh International, Smile Foundation, Drishtee Foundation, JS Impact (USA) on social audits, project monitoring and evaluation etc. Experience on baseline and impact research with companies in different sectors helped me build rich fund of knowledge of diverse culture and practices across the country. I have been visiting as a Guest faculty on CSR, ESG, Sustainability, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance across Management Colleges in North India. I was one of the First Group of Master Trainer in India on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) certified by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) under Ministry of Corporate Affairs (2014). I have received numerous certifications on responsible business from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), SAN (UK), Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), International Management Institute (IMI) and others. I am currently pursuing PhD in Management at Amity University, Gurgaon.
