Helping the organization and the three corresponding municipalities with defining, optimizing, harmonizing and internally publishing their processes following the Lean-methodology.

Since this governmental organization is quite young (established in January 2016), many processes are not defined. I supported the Senior Advisor Business Processes who is responsible for defining, optimizing, harmonizing and internally publishing processes for both the organization Duo+ and the three corresponding municipalities. We did this by the Lean methodology and involving all the stakeholders (or representatives).

Main tasks: Product consulting / costumization;Analyzing the ‘old’ user environment of customers of Engage Process and setting up environments through a SMART criteria after a technical migration from Silverlight to HTML5. Thereby acting as a ‘middle man’: keeping close contact during this procedure with both customers and the Development team of Engage Process to see what was wanted and what was possible. In this period I was able to migrate 37 customer environments whereby each had two main products and eight optional supporting products.

- Finding out what the biggest issues are that organizations - particularly Dutch municipalities- have to meet the GDPR- Writing the requirements which (potential) customers would like to see in the Engage Modeler regarding the GDPR- Writing an advisory report for Engage Process regarding the GDPR, risk management and process management

- Testing new functionalities based on requirements and providing feedback for improvement - Finding bugs and reporting these to the developers in the bug tracking system (Mantis Bug Tracker)

Amsterdam

- Analyzing and reporting on (specific, recently launched) product sales and sales methods. Advising teams based on these analyses and reports - Researching the possibilities to optimize the inbound fulfillment process (the return process) - Testing multiple functionalities of the Western-European websites of both adidas and Reebok
