At Ensono, I am engaged in a critical engineering leadership role, spearheading multi-dimensional cloud strategies that consider the platform, security, organizational and financial aspects of adopting and implementing cloud at scale. At Barclays, I served dual roles as Program Manager – Offshore Lead for Bank’s Paperless Agenda and as Product Manager – Customer Contact Management.As the Offshore Program Manager, I established the offshore program’s direction and implemented the program’s vision of going paperless. I acted as a liaison between on and offshore delivery organizations, developed relationships, and successfully built trust among stakeholders, clients, and team members. I ensured that delivery teams conduct ongoing analysis to identify trends, variances, and issues affecting service delivery. I attained success in saving a significant amount by slashing the paper costs as part of the paperless initiative and delivering the ETL (Ab Initio) based Letters and Statement Engine platform. I was also praised for my leadership in successfully delivering multiple projects while managing 90+ team members across various technology components.In my role as the Product Manager, I represented the customer in the product development life cycle, ensuring products meet customers’ needs. I also ensured a seamless delivery for customers by having documentation and training in place for new features and services. I helped the product owner and release managers plan releases to ensure they are delivering in the right priority order, provided product insights, drove product roadmap, as well as reviewed and provided feedback on new products as and when required.
