• Provide Open Enrolment support – Benefits Renewal, add new plans & plan rules, Dependents rules set up, upload rates in system for various Plans etc,• Assist with the deployment of new configuration changes to the production environment. • Perform a variety of tasks related to the resolution of production issues by coordinating between various Support teams.• Configure and test client Benefits Administration site to ensure expected functionality.• Configuration of Life events rules in system : Enrolment window rules, required approvals, Dependent verification requirements, etc;• Maintain and update ongoing enrolment Portals – uploading SBCs, SPDs, Forms, Benefits Guide, Plan Comparison Guides etc on Portal for Employees• Update tiles, carousel, small link cards, recommendations on Employee’s benefits Portal• Draft various Notification for Employees that need to be triggered on particular events like Benefits enrolment confirmation, dependents enrolment and verification notification, OE start and end date notification etc; Manual testing , User Acceptance testing , Performance testing for window and web based application.
