This project is initiated from land to township in 18 months, following are achievements.Master Plan and Design finalized and completed,Six-hole Golf Course Design finalized and construction completed, Open Space, Landscape, and Infra Services including 6 Km internal & external bitumen road completed including street light.Mock-up Bungalow (04 No) design finalized, construction work completed and handover to Sales & Marketing to launch sales. including interior and furniture and furnishing.Sales and Marketing office a 16000 Sq. feet glass structure with tensile roof completed and sales operation started.Sales Activity Started almostalmost 450 Bungalow sold. 350 units Plinth completed and more then 290 are advanced to second slab.100units are completed for handover and 50 units handover has been given. Estimated cost of Project 49.0 Cr. (Architect Mr Vivek Bhole). Got approved construction plan and project base line budget and Cash Flow for city development from management which was workout to Rs 6500 Cr. Also did the cost management, monitoring, tracking, and MIS for incurred cost Rs 550 Cr.

Updating cost inflation and design changes to sales team on pricing.Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Rate Analysis, Budget,Cash Flow.Preparation of Tender BOQ.Extra items with villa owners / architects and settlement of dispute if any.Tracking of Invoices (Extra Cost Letter) for changes desire by Villa Owners. Updating Chang requested, its approval and payment. Almost more than 2500 invoicing has been made and revenue generated was more than 90 Cr in addition to original sales. Design Management, Review of Drawing, finalization of material specification, finalization of finishing and Interior material for all Villas and Chalets. Project Planning, Change Management. Managing Consultants, Clients, Architects and designers. Using ABC Analysis concept for material procurement.Supervise the functions of QS & Estimation having team of 20 dedicated Quantity Surveyors, estimators and engineers.Costing Reports, Cost to completion reports.
