We are the market leader in MOCVD, MBE, Ion Beam and other advanced thin film process technologies. My responsibilities include Installation, Service, and Technical support for whole APAC region. heading the service operations in India.I am also involved for product support in multi projects of LED industries in China, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore and Europe etc. I am also involved in the MOCVD factory support for operation, troubleshooting and smooth operation of tool in R&D department.

I am handling the customer care centre for APAC for service and Technical support for Nano Bio & OIM products(Atomic Force Microscope, Optical profilers and surface Profilers). In addition to that I am helping our channel partner in India for technical and service support.I am also involved in Rep management program for our Channel Partners in APAC and coordinating with them to make sure reps reflects the mirror image of Veeco.I am also part of our worldwide customer care centre at USA for technical support for metrology products(AFM,Profilers).
